Hello everyone. Izzy here from kyver.org today I want to share with you what are some of the critical things you need to learn in order to either incorporate technology into your job, whether you're in a tech company or a finance company, or if you just have your own business. I'm going to tell you exactly what you can do in order to use more tech to solve problems for yourself. So let's get right to it. The first technology that I highly recommend is, is using airtable. It's something that everyone in every team that I work with, from videographers all the way to business people, and especially people in tech, we use Airtable to stay organized. It's kind of like a sheet, but it has superpowers. You're able to do full blown front end websites on it, you're able to embed it, which means basically copy that table and put it into another system for use. And it allows you to automate a lot of your tasks and workflow. It's one of those things where the deeper you know how to use it, the more you're able to get out of it. Another software that a lot of you are using right now is ChatGPT and there's so many other versions out there. Now there are complete services that you can use in order to use ChatGPT without having to go on that website. And it kind of simplifies things for you. So instead of having to do many, many different prompts where you write, please act as a data analyst for me or please be a Russian tutor for me, you can use a website called Cactus. And what that does for you. Cactus AI will essentially have pre written scripts or pre written bars or items, blocks, squares. Cactus will have pre written prompts in a block format and you basically can choose any one from discussion questions to summary to bullet points, all the way to basically rewrite a book for you so you can consume it in 30 seconds or less. And the third one that I highly recommend is Rise Articulate and I think that's one of the best ones to create presentations or just do any sort of business communication. So I myself have worked as an instructional designer for Google, the US Government Polygon and I have built some the best courses I have seen in production, all on Rise. And the way I see things moving forward in the future is that people who work in finance and work in other fields, they're going to start using other technologies outside of PowerPoint and slides in order to communicate with each other. So instead of having to sit and share a video for 10, 15 minutes trying to get to the point. With a single Rise link, I can send you information, you could gloss it over and you have a really good idea of what I'm trying to say, what I'm trying to sell, really just what I'm trying to share. So those are my three softwares, Airtable, Rise, Cactus, and I use each of these almost on a daily basis. And if you combine all three together, you're going to have business superpowers.
