Welcome friends. Don't get caught up in all this hoopla about the changes in real estate. The media like scaring people. The only changes are how buyers and seller agents commissions are paid. In the past, commissions were paid according to how the real estate industry was established years ago. Now with the new rules, everything is negotiable and must be in the contract along with how it's worded in the mls.
