On Planets - Jack Conte

This I'm not going to be putting on YouTube. This part is the warm-up. Beginning of the vlog where I just get used to talking in an empty room by myself. Hi everybody! Thank you to the people who've sent album art. There were so many amazing submissions. You guys are so freaking talented, it blows my mind. I had to go back over all my old MP3s and redo the album art and put your art in because it was so awesome. The way it was before: album art by Sarah Woodward. We Grew Up So Well, album art by Josh Emery. Kitchen Fork, album art by Robert Martins. Freaks and Clowns, This Disaster, Get Happy, Out of Nowhere, and On Planets, album art by Cheeky Chen. 10,000 Feet Per Second, album art by Linda van der Ploos. And Bloody Nose, album art by Nick, whose last name I do not know. If I haven't used your album art so far, it doesn't mean that I'm not gonna use it. I have like a bank now of album art When I make a song and I feel like your artwork really matches that song, I can look through it and use it. So here's the thing. I love seeing you guys' artwork. You're like way more graphically inclined and creative than I am. It's super easy because I don't have to make album art for every song. So I love it. If you guys want your artwork to be attached to the MP3s as metadata, send it over. Now the question is, where can you get these MP3s? And the answer is, thank you to Graham and Graham once again for building an amazing online music store. They've spent the last month with me like tweaking, going over a million changes, this and that, and I'm complaining and blah blah blah. You guys are the best. The website is amazing. It's super easy. You just go to jackcontemusic.com. There's play buttons. You can listen to each song. You can watch the YouTube video for each song. You can click the, the add to cart button. You can add whatever songs you want, or you can buy everything, which is the Everything button, which is everything that I've ever made, and that's only $15. Unbelievable! It's only $15 for everything I've ever made? That's like 26 songs! What a deal! Oh my gosh! You can now buy it, and you don't have to go through MySpace. And you can pay with PayPal, you can pay with Checkout, you can pay with a credit card, you can send me an e-check, you can pay me directly through the bank. It's amazing! It's so easy! What more could you possibly want? Last thing is, make sure to check out Cody's new songs. Cody is youtube.com/SaturnineFilms. He has a CD coming out at the end of this month. Okay, that's it! I'm done with the vlog. And if you want to buy the music, jackcontemusic.com now is the music store. And if you want to send me album art, jackcontealbumart@gmail.com. Goodbye, everybody! Thank you very much, and— oh, I'm not gonna do the arm thing. I said I wouldn't do the arm thing in the next video. Still arms! Arms by my side. Goodbye with non-moving arms.
