It features a discussion between two speakers about personal influence, self-love, and leadership, particularly from the perspective of a woman balancing family and personal growth.

Am I the person of influence in my family? Am I the person.
Of influence in my team or my business?
Am I the person of influence within my friends? Am I the person of.
Influence everywhere I go? Or are you not?
How do you become.
That person of influence? Loving yourself? It becomes from you loving who you are and forgiving yourself and getting to that level of putting yourself first. I learned it the hard way as a woman. I gave up a lot of different things as a mom. And I realized my kids, they weren't looking up to me, so I had to change that. And I was like, hey, I selfishly have to take care of myself. And that's what sometimes we need. You need to love yourself. You need to be that person of influence to be proud of yourself, stand strong, and that's how you become a great leader.
