Being soft versus being a bitch. I believe in speaking very directly. I believe that in order to speak directly to your team, to your family, to the people around you, you have to earn it. I believe that you have to lead by example. And you can't just go and tell somebody something by being direct. If you're not doing it for the right reasons, you're going to either tear them down or you're going to help them grow. You have to really care about your people. They will go and they will do anything for you if they believe that it's a two way street.
