Six pack is just the term that we use as far as leveling up. I would like it for you to make it a goal that one day you will have a six pack. If you're so far from having a six pack and then you are growing and you show that you're growing and elevating your game every day in your health and you're treating your family perfectly and you're, you're doing everything you possibly can to get into that goal and make sure that you value your health, then that's all we need.
