Andy says, never let anybody know your business better than you. They misunderstand it. It doesn't mean you don't share with your team everything you know. It's quite the opposite. You share everything you know, but you don't have that half empty glass syndrome that you're like, hey, you know what? I'm not going to tell them everything I know because I'm afraid that they're going to know more than me and kind of like leave me aside and just outgrow me. No, in this case, we want everybody to grow and to be like us. But that means that we also have to get new ideas. We have to do read more books, we have to self educate, we have to invest in ourselves to continue to grow. So we encourage to our team to keep growing. A lot of leaders don't want to share what they know with other people because they're afraid to be outgrown. In our case, if we're reading a book, we tell the whole team, read this book because we want them to learn the same information that we know. We have to continue to impress our team so that they can continue to admire us in that same way.
