A short YouTube clip (uploaded March 8, 2024) in which Jacqueline Elliott rejects hierarchical workplace titles—explicitly disliking the words "boss" and "CEO"—and advocates a non-hierarchical, approachable leadership style where people can bring problems directly without walking on eggshells. The tone is informal and personal.

Anybody has the courage that comes up and tells us about a problem, they come directly to us. And they're not like, oh, my gosh, I gotta walk on eggshells because she's the boss or he's the boss. Like, there is no boss. I don't like that word, period. I don't like even the word CEO. People say, oh, CEO. Well, I don't even feel that way. I feel like I'm just like everybody else. And I talk to them like everybody else. Like, I don't like titles.
