Short YouTube video clip (uploaded by Jacqueline Elliott) giving practical contracting advice: when you need work done quickly, people often hire whoever can deliver fast, but that can lead to overpaying or poor outcomes. The speaker advises consulting multiple people/experts before subletting or contracting work to reduce costs and improve quality.

Sometimes when we need something done, we need to implement something really fast that we contract people just based on them getting it done, like fast. And the thing is that maybe it could cost us a lot of money or we can get charged a certain amount and we don't do our job as to getting or talking to different people that might have more knowledge in that field. So the more people you talk to when you're subletting out work or contracting or anything like that, the better.
