You let the guy go and then everybody's like, oh shoot, what happens? There's a big, big, big cloud of doubts and stuff that's going on. You think it's a good thing, but it might not be a good thing right away. And you're going to get some people that are very, very, very confused and they're going to feel unsafe. You're going to have to have an all-hands-on meeting and talk about why you started the business, what the mission is, how everybody's important, why you did this, and why you're not going to ever sacrifice the brand or the mission and what you stand for. You always have to have that meet. You are the only one that can have this meeting to bring everybody together after something like that happens. If you're not doing it, you're doing it wrong. There's going to be some seeds of doubt if you don't do it.
