Now you see Andy now. And Andy is like a fireball. You're like, oh, my gosh, he's so gutsy. It's awesome. When I met Andy Elliott, he had been a used car manager for over 10 years in the same position. Now, I started in the car business as well, except for I got in and I excelled over and over and over and over and kept getting promotion after promotion after promotion because I was a workaholic, and I just kept diving into stuff. I wasn't afraid of anything because of my failure background. So when I met Andy, I was like, hey, like, what are you. What are you doing? Why are you still in the same position after this amount of time? And he got very defensive, and he was like, what are you talking about? I do better than anybody in my family. Like, what are you doing? Was that kind of thing. And I'm like, you're better than this. You're such a good closer. Like, you have all these people that follow you. You're a good leader. Like, what are you doing? So he gained that confidence and grows. So he started believing in himself, and that's why we decided to grow.
