If the leader starts with himself and is constantly showing that they're the hardest worker in the room, then it empowers and makes other people see that, hey, hard work does pay off, because I see it in them. I see that they're enjoying it. I see it. They, you know, that they can achieve things. They're setting goals, they're hitting their goals, and now it becomes more of a challenge to try to hit those goals that they want to be a part of that, too. You know, it's like if you have a good relationship, if you're a good parent and you see that and you see them actually happy being a parent or in a relationship, it empowers other people to want to be in relationships, to want to be parents because they see somebody that they look up to and they respect. That's an actual they become an actual mentor because they show what hard work looks like.
