How to give criticism properly 🙌

Certain things you do in public. Praise your people in public, obviously tell them they're doing a good job in public. There's some things that you do in private. People are different. Some people can handle criticism in public, and that's what actually stretches them to change. Now, Andy likes pissing people off. Andy likes doing this. And some people actually grow with that. And some people get torn down. He's looking for the 1 percenters, so he does that a lot. But in a corporate environment, with most people, you have to really do it in a private setting, and you have to really talk to them in a way where empowering them first, telling them how you believe in them, telling them that you know where they're going, and then give them the criticism later so that they can allow them to grow.
