So as a woman, in dealing with the sales team, I think one of the biggest things that's super important that a lot of people that are in a leadership position need to have is just basically leading by example and leading with the heart. I think a lot of times sometimes when we get to certain levels and titles, we forget to just be grateful and show lead by example. There's no other better leader than leading by example. So never too good to pick up trash. Titles don't mean anything. And if you really, really show that you really care, you would do it first before asking somebody else to do.
