Sometimes when we start in business, let's say there's a, there's a successful man in the business and wants to bring his wife in. So we tend to give the wife the things that we don't like to do or the men don't like to do. And then all of a sudden they're like, hey, you know, I don't want to be your admin, or I don't want to be this, you know, I really am not enjoying this. Or I had my job, I was successful doing this, and now I'm helping you grow your business. So my advice would be, if you're planning on being in business with your spouse or your significant other, you have to make sure that you're growing together and you the value that you both bring to it and you're on the same mission. Because it's a beautiful thing when you have the same mission and you're shooting toward the same goal and you're growing together and you can talk about a lot of different things that will make it so that you can push each other together. And also it's not one sided.
