But I think a lot of people, when they're hiring, they try to find qualified people. What we do is we actually go to the underdogs, because we're the underdogs. We go to the products of our training. The one that started from rock bottom, the one that had to prove himself, the one that needed to go through the grind, that probably had a bad childhood when they were small. We want the success story. Nobody wants to watch a Hollywood film of somebody that had everything handed to them and they didn't have to fight for it. No, everybody loves Rocky.
