We want to be at a place that we are family, that we can talk about everything, where we include things here where we can cry, where we can laugh, where we can celebrate together. Most of the people that work in our company move from all over the country. They spend Thanksgiving with us. They spend Christmas with us. How the heck am I supposed to keep business business?
