Men and women are scared of hiring women for a lot of different reasons, and a lot of it comes from, we think about, oh, lawsuits or flirting or women aren't tough and they can't do certain things. We have this conception of women in business. I was one of those. I was scared to hire women being a woman, because I used to see a lot of women that mess it up for a lot of us women. A lot of women come in and they start flirting their way through life and doing things that they're not supposed to and all of this stiff and stuff. But it made me very stupid and generalizing that women are the same. And I thought I was the only one that's different, but I'm like, how stupid am I to think I'm the only one that's different? I'm doing the same thing everybody else is doing. As you can see, we have women coaches at the Elliott group, and they're badasses, by the way. They're tougher than 90% of our guys. I'm just telling you that many more.
