Some people need to put some heart into their business and quit being so business minded and just start playing with your heart. Your heart is going to give you the instinct you need to make decisions. I'm not talking about being a sissy. When somebody tells you no over the phone and start crying they don't know you. I'm talking about the people that you lead. I'm talking about the people that look up to you. I have a heart and I could tell Selena for example something that I don't like or something that she needs to improve in her game, something that would make her better and I can have that conversation with her and she knows that I do it with my heart. If there's no heart behind that conversation about me being direct, I'm just a bitch. If you don't incorporate your heart you're just an asshole or a bitch. You have to have your heart. You make an impact through your heart.
