Short excerpt from a YouTube video titled "I'M THE BIG DAWG" (creator: Jacqueline Elliott). The chunk is a brief transcript of an informal conversation where Selena teases with the phrase "What up, Big Dog?" and is told by another person not to call people "big dog" — noting that Selena "pulls it off" but others should not use the nickname. The passage highlights playful personal expression and negotiating voice/permission for certain phrases within interpersonal/company context.

What up, Big Dog? But I do remember.

With me, and he was like, I don't want to. Don't call people big dog anymore. And I'm like, but it's so fun. He's like, selena's the only one that can do that. She pulls it off, but you can't say big dog. And I'm like, all right, all right. She does say it again. What up, Big Dog?
Yeah, definitely finding your own voice and just being able to take what you know in your from, you know, your own experience and everything, kind of intertwine it into Andy's content. Somebody's like, be the content. Be the content. You are the content. I'm like, okay, yes, I am the content. But you have to find your own voice within the company, too. So 100%.
