Would you be in a relationship with somebody that lied to you? Everyone's like, no way. Well, you're lying to yourself every single day. How do you expect your team to follow you if you can't hold on to commitments to yourself? They're watching you. Oh, we're gonna have morning meetings every day at 7:45 on the dot. You did it for two days. And what happened? Back to the same thing. They cannot count on you to hold that. So how are they gonna stick to their goals? How are they gonna stick to their commitments if you can't do it as a leader?
