This used to be our hiring process. Hey, you're a hard worker, right? Yeah. Okay. You show up on time, right? You're coachable, right? You're gonna kick ass, right? Babe, he said he's a hard worker. He says he shows up on time. He's super coachable. We need to hire him. I'm like, dude, you said that. He didn't say one word. Like he didn't say anything. He's just going yes because he sees your eyes and you're not freaking blinking and you're like, yes. And he is like, yes, I want that. We stopped that. So he goes talking people into wanting to do it. Then I talk 'em out. Of wanting to work with us. I try to convince them that it's not a good idea to work with us, and then I see how much they fight for it, and then we bring the team on to do that. The best hires in everything that we've done is when we've done all 3 steps and involving the team and making that decision and leaving it up to them.
