This is a short motivational YouTube video by Jacqueline Elliott titled "LEARN TO BECOME AN INITIATOR" (uploaded Sep 10, 2024) that urges viewers to be proactive—especially in business and sales—by taking the lead, showing a positive attitude, approaching people directly, and not waiting for others to prove themselves before you show your best.

In business or anything having to do with sales or anything altogether, you're going to have to get out there. You're going to have to show people that you are the initiator, because a lot of people shelter themselves or try to be observers instead of initiators. And what they're doing is they're giving other people different ideas. Don't let people prove to you that they can buy or that they're client good clients or whatever before you show them your best. You have to show up with a great attitude. You have to show up smiling, you have to show up talking to people. But it's in everything, not just in sales, all together as people.
