When Andy wasn't giving his best at work, he was not the guy that I needed, even though he put me and the kids first. At one point, I told him, we learned to live without you. Then he went completely 180. And he said, fuck work. I'm just going to take care of you guys. And he was there and I was like, dude, I don't like this. Because I could tell that there was a side of him that was missing. I could tell that he was fulfilled with giving his all. And the reason why he's here is because of that. Because he is an Alpha, because he knows he can produce because it's in his DNA and that's why he was attracted to this group. So if you take that away from him, eventually you're going to get bored. I'm just telling you the truth because that happened to me until the point where I told him, hey, you know, you can chase all of it. And that's why we preach it so much. We want you guys to be the one.
