You first start doing something that's different for everybody else. You're going to have to tell yourself that what you believe in is more important than anything else. You're going to have to stay quiet sometimes and not share your goals with a lot of people that love you, especially with family. They've seen you mess up. They've seen you do a lot of things. They've seen you start something and maybe not follow through. To find who those people are that you seek comfort from and stay away from those people. Don't tell them what you want to do. Find those people that you know will stretch you and tell you the truth. Those are the people you can share and be like, hey, you know what? You make me the most uncomfortable. You're the one that can hold me accountable. Because naturally, we tend to stay away from those people instead of confronting these people and tell them, hey, I love that you tell me the truth. I want you to hold me accountable. I want you to tell me when I'm screwing up. I want you to tell me the truth. Truth is, are you going to be strong enough to handle the truth?
