I think women are badasses, and I think that women, if they freaking speak up and show their worth, they'll get paid more. Like, I don't think that men or women should be paid a certain amount. It's all about work ethic. A lot of people come and ask me, like, hey, Jacqueline, I have a team of men. I'm gonna go hire some women. What do you suggest? Well, treat them the same as the guys. They kick ass like the guys. They can work out like the guys. They can have energy as the guys and everything. I think a lot of times society and people think that they have to treat women differently, and they immediately change what they think they should get paid or not. I think women, especially in sales, because have a sales training company, women freaking kick ass and they can outsell the guys any day, but they shouldn't have a better paid plan or worse pay plan. It should be the same. I believe in just kicking ass. I've always worked around guys. I've always been around that. Always. My competition was always the guys. And I never saw it as a crutch or ever saw it like I was getting a less percentage. I've never had that experience in my life. So I don't really know how to answer that question because to me, I just know that if I kick ass and I work my ass up, I have the same opportunity as any guy out there.
