There's a lot of things in life that you probably do as a chore that you don't really like to do, and that's part of life. But if you know that there's an end result, like, you're putting in the grind, and you see that there's light at the end of the tunnel, and you do it happily, with a smile, then all of that stuff just becomes a part of your identity, and then you just grow with it. And then everybody else will do the same. They won't care about putting in the hard work if they know that there's a reward, if they know that they're being recognized, if they know they're a part of a team and they're in that safety net where they know you're. You have their back. It all comes from, like, keeping your word and just growing every single day.
