A short YouTube video (creator: Jacqueline Elliott) advising viewers to stop making false promises and to follow through on commitments. The speaker emphasizes that repeating promises without delivery damages others' willingness to support you, notes this is common in business, and stresses the importance of honoring promises moving forward.

You made a promise to them and then you didn't follow through with your promise, you tell them again that you're gonna do something, don't fall through with your promise. And then you might have something that's like, super, a great idea, and you know that it's different and things changed in your life. And you tell them, hey, this is going to be different. And this time you're really going all in. But you've already made some false promises. It makes it really hard for them to want to, want to support you. It happens a lot in business. It happens a lot with a lot of different things. When you make promises, you have to follow through with the promises. It's a big, big deal.
