Speaker cites working like when earning the first major revenues and warns that others with more energy could overtake you if you ease up.

See, the reason why Andy and I have been able to scale our company so much is that we start from zero every single time. We pretend like we haven't made any money, we pretend like we don't have anything at all, we don't sleep. We put in everything we've got into into it. And this is why we've been able to achieve what a lot of people haven't been able to achieve in such a short period of time. So if I can give one piece of advice is paying. Put in the same work ethic, don't let your foot off the gas. See, someone else is behind you that can put in more work ethic. It could be somebody younger, somebody with more energy, somebody with more drive that can really, I mean, they could be half as talented as you. The same amount of work and the same amount of passion into building something like you did when you first had to build that first hundred thousand or had to, had to make that first hundred thousand or five hundred or million. They're willing to do that. So what I can tell you is, hey, don't let your foot off the gas. Once you get to that point where you feel comfortable, make sure you stay uncomfortable so that you can keep scaling.
