Short YouTube monologue by Jacqueline Elliott arguing that a common trait among highly successful people is that they are 'great students'—they are coachable, study others, and take actionable lessons from observed role models.

If you can pinpoint one thing that you notice consistently among the most successful people that you've networked with, interacted with, met throughout your career, what is the one thing that the most successful people have in common? They're great students. They're coachable. What Andy and I are good at is we go and we study people, and we always try to take something back from us and we apply it.
