See, sometimes we stress out for the littlest things. And the thing is that when you have a lot of things to do in life, your threshold of stress becomes so much bigger. So you don't stress out about the little things anymore. You have things that are worth stressing about. And really, honestly, what is there to stress about? They say that if it doesn't matter in five years, it shouldn't matter in the next five minutes. Right? So there's a lot of truth to that. I know that's hard to do, but as we get busier and busier in life, we manage to deal with that in a better way, where we know that we can't carry stress to run a business, we can't carry stress to run a healthy marriage, we can't carry stress to raise your kids properly. Because if you have the stress, you pass it on to everybody else. And it just. It's like a compound effect. It's like a snowball that just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger. And what happens is that all the people around you start stressing out for silly little things. And you don't really want to do that to anybody. You don't want to do it to yourself. It's just not healthy.
