The biggest things that we look for with our company and how we hire is not based on time or experience. In fact, we get hundreds of people applying, just saying, hey, you know, I've been in the sales training space. I've been in this. I've done a lot of what you do. And they want to talk to us. And we honestly don't. Don't do anything with those people. We want people that are a product of our training, that have gone through what we went through. We are 1000% underdogs, so we try to hire underdogs that will go that way, that aren't entitled. A lot of times when people are in the space, they feel like they know some stuff and they can bring some value to the table. But what we do is we create a culture where we all think the same. We have the same mission, we're all on the same path. And even if it takes us a lot more work, which we're okay with because we're used to hard work, what we know is that we're hiring people with a heart. So the culture is all that matters with us. So that's what we try to build. It's our number one thing for our company.
