A lot of people hold on to the past, and it's their biggest leash on their life. It's the biggest thing that's holding them back. It's that reminder, constant reminder of who they are that they're telling themselves. So being able to forgive yourself, number one, and also saying, hey, I'm about to change to be this other person, it means going dark. It means really saying goodbye to a lot of things that held you in that situation and just being that new person again. That's what recreating means. That's what being reborn means. I mean, even in. If you're religious or believe in God, you believe in being forgiven a lot of different things, you have to become a different person. And sometimes it takes a lot of mistakes. It takes a lot of, like being sick and tired of being sick and tired. But it's making that decision and saying goodbye to your old life and knowing that you're going to be moldable to be this new person that you were designed to be. It's basically changing everything around you that reminds you of that old view and really designing your life around the new you and also forgiving yourself and not remembering who you are.
