See, leadership isn't like, this is who I am. Deal with it. Leadership is figuring out how do I motivate a hundred people that work for me who are all wired differently and get the best out of them. And we've made a lot of mistakes in the beginning because we're trying to make all these people understand and we're all like eagles and we're like telling everybody, hey, this is the way you do it. You have to teach them. They have to grow into it. It's pretty awesome. Yeah, leadership.
