This is a YouTube video titled "This is why most people quit 🙄// JACQUELINE ELLIOTT #shorts" created on April 19, 2024. It contains a monologue discussing leadership qualities and the importance of empowering followers rather than focusing on the leader's growth.

Nobody's born into being a leader. You can have a title. The title does nothing. Nobody follows that leader if there's not money involved. They wouldn't follow him anyway. So they follow him. When they inspire them, when they know they're not perfect and they can have something to look up to and they know that they're empowered, they feel better. They feel like they can grow. It's not about the leader growing, it's about the person that they're leading growing, and they need to feel that.
