You don't find leaders, you build the leaders. You have to build them. There's how many billions of people in the world? 8 billion? Why would you have to sacrifice so you can go and find people and really ask them some questions that are based around your core values? If you walk into our business right now, I'm not there, my husband isn't there right now. You walk in there and you'll see it's like we're there, right? And when you're a true leader, you can walk outside your business and it continues like if you're there. Nobody walks on eggshells or anything. Yeah, and they love the place that they're there. And guess what? They actually perform better when I'm not there. Probably. And that's what legacy is. That's what you're building. But we do find people that have massive hearts. So it's culture over money all the time with us.
