This is a short-form YouTube video (a #short) by Jacqueline Elliott advising business owners not to treat women differently in the workplace. The speaker urges equal expectations for work ethic and results, highlights women’s capabilities—particularly in real estate—and notes complementary strengths women may bring compared to men.

So I talked to a lot of business owners and they asked me. I'm thinking of bringing a woman in, but I'm really nervous about it. First thing, do not treat them like women. Do not treat them any differently. Expect the same thing, the same results, the same work ethic. I think a lot of times women are used to be treated differently because they're women. Women can do pretty much everything that the man can do, especially like in the real estate space and all these different things. There's so much that they can do and they're so capable, and they have that other side that a lot of the men don't have.
