Kindness means that you not only want to reach the best of your own potential, but you want to help other people reach theirs. It means acknowledging to yourself that you treat people with respect, consideration, and you try to leave people and the world better off than when you found them. We help the broken people, not.
The perfect client. Perfect clients are awesome, but we're not there to help the perfect clients.
We're there to help everybody. So we got to show kindness to everybody. Don't wait till your customer can prove that they can buy before you show them your best.
