We're both working. We had sales jobs and it was like nobody was telling us to go home. Nobody was. When you do that with your team, when you tell them, hey, the alarms are going to be set at 9 o', clock, you better get your asses out of here because we need you to go get some rest, we don't need you here. Then they're like, oh shoot, I got to go home. Like, they're having so much fun and they love what they do so much that they don't even want to leave. It's, it's a whole different thing when you have the whole family involved. When we celebrate the wives birthday, it's the kids birthdays, and we do pinatas here at the office and cake flips and all these different things and we include everybody. It makes it more of a family. And they feel like, man, nobody does that. So, you know, it's not about just money, it's not about a job, it's a lifestyle. It's being a better person altogether.
