Hiring somebody was the hardest thing we ever did because we had this, like, little crappy little thing that we thought was just everything because we made so many sacrifices, and we were so afraid to have somebody come in because we would talk to every single person, and we wanted to make sure those people. That person's heart was going to be in it, and we want to make sure that they took care of them the way we did. So we put that person through the ringer. Like, we. We were wanting to bring. Yes, Sean Pollard. He is with us right now. And he came in, and we were just to break him every single day. Andy was on his David Goggins. I was into CrossFit. I was, like, trying to run him. Like we wouldn't make him puke everywhere. It was torture. But we were trying to talk him out of working with us every single day. And he was like, no. He's like, I want to be here. I believe in what you guys do. I'm like, but we don't have a way to pay you. And they're like, you know, we're barely making it. He's like, I don't care. He's like, I want to be here.
