Do you ever feel that need to take a break? We don't have a whole lot of time to just stress out about anything because we have so much. Our days are so full talking and helping people and, like, solving problem solving or doing things that we don't really stress because we're just so busy. I don't carry a lot of stress. I did a whole body scan, and they're like, oh, you're great. And I'm, like, thinking, like, how is that even possible? Like, the way that we run. Like, you would think there's so many things wrong. And I think that a lot of people like a lot of entrepreneurs, a lot of business owners and everything, as soon they stay busy, they find fulfillment, they find purpose, and then they can stay so busy, and it doesn't affect their health.
