The whole thing about getting pissed off. I think I can relate to being passionate. Some people have passion that has just been in hibernation for such a long time. When people change like you expect. I've been telling this person that they need to change. I've been telling them that they need to start doing this. You can't really get through to them. You're just like, man, I keep telling them, and I know that's the right thing to do, and they know it's the right thing to do, but they don't freaking change. Like, what is it that I need to do to shake up? Like, some people don't change until they freaking hit rock bottom. Until they're like, put their back against the wall until they go and they have no choice but to change. Effective way of getting that change is by getting pissed off and getting your back against the wall.
