Why People are Attracted to the Elliott Group // The Jacqueline Elliott Show - Ep2 Part 2

My whole life, everybody has always told me, you're too loud, you're annoying, your personality is too much. Just, I'm too aggressive altogether. You have too much energy. And I remember leaving my second, second event. This is March of 2022. And I remember crying on the way to the airport from the event. And I was just like, man, I found my people.

So you. You had a few hard, like, hiccups around along the way to become, you know, the person that you are now. Then you're in sales, and then you got into management. You got. You obviously met the Elliot group. We helped you get to the next level and a lot of different things. Now what happened, like, what is it that you were looking for that you did not have in the car business when you were working like that that attracted you to our company?

And I was just like, man, I found my people because you guys truly do allow everybody to be their own selves, to be who they really are. And I'm like, man, I feel like I can be myself. I can. You know, we're standing up and we're chanting and we're, like, saying the creed and we're doing crazy stuff. And I'm like, like, finally, some people.

That are as crazy as you.

Yeah, I mean, that was exactly it. And I was just like, oh, my God, I'm not alone. It made me feel like I wasn't alone because I thought I was the only person that was, like, eager and hungry to win and, like, but also had a really good time doing it right, you know, like, having it all and finding a company that's truly multi dimensional instead of, like, negative and, you know, doesn't. Doesn't want good for people. In a world that's what I had.

Yeah. In a world where you have people that are toned down, I'm sure you probably lost some sales and lost some people along the way because they didn't, like, like I told you in the beginning, I was like, okay, how long is this. This Selena, like, so fired up, you know, because you have, you know, the world come in and then it tones you down. Like, is she. Is this. Is this fake? Is this real? Like, what is this? And this is what I was telling in the beginning. A Lot of people don't really understand it, but I'm sure it probably costed you some sales. And then you prove yourself and you're like, oh, my gosh, she really is like this. And then they've all come around and been like, oh, my gosh, I love Selena. She's like, the best. And she's so giving, and she's such a good person, and she's so amazing. And it's always, like, such positive feedback. But I think I know what you felt because I felt the same way. You know, I didn't have that. Oh, my gosh, how are you guys? Like, I wasn't as. Like, I think the company has kind of made me that way. And I've become more ballsy because of everything that I'm doing that I love now. And I can. I can walk around with a smile and do it and be like, oh, my gosh, this is my home. But I wasn't naturally like that. Like, you brought something to the table that did not really exist as much. Like, yeah, we have the crazy twins. We have the crazy. Right? We have the. Everybody has their own craziness all together. And it's in turn made us who we are. You brought that personality in women that wasn't this very unique. That's very unique. So it's. It's a very, very cool thing. And, you know, sometimes we've gotten tested and you're a little more quiet. I'm like, where's Celine at? Like, we need her. Like, I need. I feed off of that energy because you bring it. And it's. It's so genuine and so, so cool to see that. I'm like, man, it's so quiet in here. Like, where the hell is. What's going on? Like, we need. We need that. Like, we feed off of it. But a lot of people, like, are.

Just kind of like, yeah, you know, even. Even having the music on upstairs, I remember taking that back to my store and playing music in the showroom and current modern music, and everybody would be like, it's too loud. I'm like, it's on volume 10 out of 100. I'm like, it's not loud at all. And I just was just like, you know, nobody is so, like, fired up, really. I mean, when we say fired up, we really do mean jacked up and fired up. We really do feel that inside of our soul. And it's so cool to portray that to the rest of the of. Like, you can have a team like this too. They're rare and it's hard to find, but it's like, look at you and Andy. I mean it took you 30 years, 40 years to find it somewhere. You guys worked hard. So like it's funny when some of these 25 year olds come out here that own a solar company or you know, real estate company and they're like, I want a team like you guys but man, I've been trying so hard. It's like you're 25 years old and you've only owned your business for one year.

Yeah. You know, like they want fast ones and they, they don't know. So a lot of people, a lot of businesses that take off in the world, I've noticed, you know, they were like, okay, well they see the Elliot group like oh my gosh, you guys are growing so fast. Well, it took a lot of time before we even started this. That took self development of recreating ourselves, of stopping maybe bad habits and thoughts that we had to, we had to do all of this stuff in the back end to actually show when we have our, had our company. That's why you see different things. A lot of people just look and they're like, I'm going to do this and then they start doing it for that year and then they collapse and they're like it didn't work for me or something. And you don't realize that it's going to take some work within yourself first and then you're going to go and you're going to grow that way.
