A lot of times people ask me, you know, I wish I had more time at home. I wish I had more time with my kids. And I'm like, well, how much time do you have after work? Like, two hours. Like, two hours. You know what I could do with two hours? Do you really think Andy Elliott and I have two hours every day? Hell, no, we don't have two hours. Ask Andy what I was doing yesterday after the Alpha Warrior workout. I was chasing my kids around the house, playing tag inside. Why? Because I try to be a different mom every day. For my kids. I don't need two hours. I just need 20 minutes for them to see a new mom that they never expected. I don't let them jump on the freaking furniture. Guess what I was doing yesterday? I was jumping on the couch trying to catch them because I needed to be that fun mom for my kids. Do something memorable with your kids. It can take two minutes. They don't need two hours. They're going to remember those two minutes more than those two hours that you're just sitting and watching them play while you're scrolling on it.
