Nobody that is a good leader has been a good leader all the time. They've all learned to get to that point. They all learn to care more. And it didn't have to start with you caring about your people in the very beginning. You probably started your business because you needed to make money, probably because your rent was due, probably because something happened in your life that forced you to start your business. Now you're at the point where you need to grow a team. And now you do have to change the way you are in business and show your people that you care and yes, you will make money and all that. You don't have to be qualified as a leader to become a good leader. You just have to decide, start. You have to decide to care and show your heart and really care about your people to grow, to give them a good life. I mean, it could be anybody. That's a good thing. You don't have to have a degree. You don't have to have any special training. You just have to go in and care and also learn new skills to make you develop and grow new leaders within your team that will actually make you a better owner.
