Short YouTube monologue (uploaded by Jacqueline Elliott) that argues physical appearance (short shorts, nipples, six-pack) is not required; instead highlights Andy Elliott as a coach whose heart is committed to others' success. The speaker emphasizes openness, sharing, and that the key to gaining Andy's notice is demonstrable change and coachability.

You don't have to wear short shorts, you don't have to show your nipples, you don't have to have a six pack. You don't have to do that. But listen, what I can tell you about Andy Elliott is that his heart is in it and he wants to see you win. He's the type of guy that will share everything as an open book because he wants to constantly make you better. He really, really wants to make you better. And the best way, if you haven't been noticed by Andy Elliott, the way you want to, is change. Prove that you're coachable, prove that you want to be close to you.
