You need THIS, before we hire you.

Some of the qualifications that I look to when we hire people are probably very different than most. So we don't look at time and experience at all. People reach out to us constantly. Like, I used to do this, or I used to train here. I used to go here with such and such person. And we immediately, like, discard those people, like, a thousand percent. We don't look at any of those qualities, really. What we look at is that they're products of our training. They believe in our mission, if they're coachable. Because a lot of times people, when they come in and they talk about, oh, I've done this, I've done that, I've done this, I've done that. What we do here at the Elliot Group is completely different. Every single coach that we have is selfless. They give before they receive.
