When we started the Elliot Group, we did not make a dime. Matter of fact, we shot free YouTube videos for a whole year and a half without making a dollar. And that's what it was. And it all I believe that when you give before you receive there. Oh, you always get so back so much more than you put in. And I think that that's a beautiful thing. So what I can say about when we hire, we look at the heart. We look to see if they're givers and they really care about people. You know, the eyes are the window to the heart. And we look at people and we can pretty much immed tell if you're really in it to really help people and if you're willing to learn and be coachable.
