There is no point in separating family and business, because it's all the same. We've taught our children to be little entrepreneurs. They can come here and they'll shake your hand, look at you straight in the eye. They'll pull you toward them and they'll own you because they see their parents. We show our children that we love what we do so much, and we do so much for people that they are embodied in that and they want to be a part of it. We don't need to separate anything. We don't need to be two different people. We can just be us.
