Jake Burhans, who built a multimillion-dollar company in five years, credits four habits for his success: daily affirmations like "everything is working out perfectly," gratitude for things he doesn't yet have, speaking goals as already done ("$1 million, done"), and hour-long morning meditations with solfeggio frequencies focused on feeling his desired outcome.

Woo-woo things that have changed my life, and God knows I got a lot of them. This is coming from someone who has actually accomplished some things in the world. I'm not some crazy business owner, but I've been in entrepreneurship for 5 years, you know, have a business that does a couple million dollars in revenue. So a lot of these woo-woo tactics have actually produced tangible results in my life, which is wild. The first thing is assuring myself every single day that everything is working out absolutely perfect. Even when shiz was hitting the fan, people were quitting, right? We were running out of money, things were disastrous. Hey, everything is working out perfectly. The reason I say that too is because there's often a divine plan for our lives, and we don't understand how it's going to unfold all the time. So something that may look bad actually turns out to be the perfect thing. This person blowing up and quitting was actually the best thing for the company because they were toxic. It taught me how to deal with that type of situation. So whatever's happening, whether I think it's good or bad, I just say, hey, I everything is working out perfectly in my favor. And it really allows me to just relax and release control of the situation, which helps me a ton. Second thing is being overwhelmingly grateful for things that I don't even have yet. So I just wake up and just be extremely grateful for the business getting to this level or making this amount of money or having these types of relationships in my life when I don't even have them yet, right? And it's crazy when you do that and you feel that gratitude, not only do you just feel better throughout the day, But these things start to work their way into your life in this just like magical way. I don't know how to explain it. Third thing is acting with delusional confidence that something is done before it's even happened. I would joke with my buddy Keegan all the time when we're talking about our business goals or who we want to be. We're like, yeah, it's done, it's done. Oh yeah, $1 million, done. Oh yeah, business is here. Oh yeah, it's done. What are you talking about? We're not working towards it, it's done right now. And we would just kind of like joke like that, like, oh yeah, it's done, right? Oh yeah, build, build a skyscraper, build an empire, done. But we just talk with that delusional self-confidence about what we want, and that gives us the confidence and the energy to go out and be courageous and do things that just seem absolutely delusional and ridiculous. And that's what helps get us results ultimately. Fourth thing is meditating every single morning for an hour with these, uh, solfeggio frequencies. That's what they're called, solfeggio. But, uh, you know, the 428 Hz, 500 Hz, tapping in for 50 minutes just into the feeling of who I want to be, locking that into my neurons and my nervous system every single morning, and then carrying that into the day as best I can. And when I get knocked out, recognizing and getting back into that feeling. Just like Neville Goddard said, the feeling is the secret. Comment below some of the woo-woo stuff you have done that has actually given you tangible results. And if you guys want me to do a part 2 on how I do these things more specifically, or other woo-woo things I've done, happy to do that as well.
